The follow-up consultations generally take an hour.

During the consultation Elizabeth will give the patient sufficient information to enable them to make an informed choice. This may involve directing them to a doctor to have tests or other options. It is then the patients choice as to which treatment path they wish to pursue, and they must accept responsibility for that choice.
